FEES FOR 2022
Effective from 1 January 2022
INTRODUCTION
We operate on a fee for service basis & our rates are comparable to other clinics in the Greater Wellington region providing clinical psychological services.
​
ALL STANDARD SESSIONS ARE OF 50 MINUTES DURATION.
SESSION OVERRUNS or LONGER SESSIONS BOOKED BY MUTUAL ARRANGEMENT ARE INVOICED ON A PRORATED BASIS.
​
In the interests of both client & clinician safety, & in accordance with Ministry of Health, New Zealand Psychologists Board, & New Zealand Psychological Society directives/guidelines, the clinic operates UNDER THE COVID-19 PROTECTION FRAMEWORK POLICY.

@ RED ALERT LEVEL: All psychological services will be conducted via Zoom, Facetime, WhatsApp, or Skype.
@ ORANGE ALERT LEVEL: Face-to-Face consultations are only offered to fully-vaccinated clients.
Those with MOH exemptions or are unvaccinated will be offered sessions via Zoom, Facetime,
WhatApp, or Skype.
@ GREEN ALERT LEVEL: Face-to-Face consultations are only offerred to fully-vaccinated clients.
Those with MOH exemptions or are unvaccinated will be offered sessions via Zoom, Facetime,
WhatsApp, or Skype.

IN ADDITION:
Irrespective of Alert Levels for clients presenting for face-to-face appointments, they are required to:

Wear a face mask at all times.

Scan the QR Code at the entry to the building & at the entry to the reception room.

Read & complete the Health Declaration form at the entrance to reception & hand it to your clinician.

Present your vaccine pass for scanning by your clinician.

IMPORTANT:
If prior to your appointment you become symptomatic, or be designated a close contact & needing to take a Covid-19 test, or needing to isolate while awaiting to your test results, you must not show up at the clinic, but let us know by text or email as soon as possible so that alternatives can be arranged for you.

FEE SCHEDULE
The Private Self Referral, & Agency Referral Rates are $210 (plus 15% GST).
The Specialist Services Rate is $210 (plus 15% GST).
The EAP Referral Rate is contractually negotiated with the agency.
After hours sessions attract a 25% surcharge.
​
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Settlement of invoices is required within 7 days of the date the invoice is issued.
The payment is generally done through internet banking. Details will be in the invoice issued.
A late payment fee of $50 is applicable for invoices not settled on time to cover the cost of administration time seeking settlement of invoices.
Payments not received after 1 month will be automatically referred to our debt collection agency.
IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
If you wish to change or cancel an appointment, a minimum of 48 HOURS notice is required, either by telephone, text or email. Changes or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in FULL.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not give notice of your inability to attend before your scheduled time, your non-arrival will be treated as a broken appointment, & a non-attendance fee of 100% of the 1st hour of the booked session will apply to cover administrative costs & clinician time.
